Spearmint Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

With a wonderful, sweet, minty taste, our Spearmint shaved ice flavor concentrate makes an exhilarating snow cone syrup that will remind you of mint candy. Combine with Chocolate, Blue Raspberry or Cherry for a shave ice that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight and heat.
