You may return unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. ***Food products and perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged according to FDA regulations.
For machines and equipment, you have 15 days to return or exchange for a refund or replacement. Items must be unopened in factory sealed box with all original packaging and accessories. Opened items are subject to 20% restocking fees.
You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as RTU flavors, flavor concentrates, cotton candy flavors, popcorn and popcorn flavors, funnel cake mix, waffle cone mix, etc. cannot be returned.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Equipment or disposable goods with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Return Procedure:
- Please call 888-368-3017 before sending your item back for authorization number. (Returns with without authorization number will not be accepted.
- Include a copy of sales receipt/invoice with return.
- Use all original packing material that came with your order. Reinforce packing if necessary. (Items that are damaged due to return shipping will not be accepted)
- Use a shipping company that offers tracking. Hypothermias, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If item is over $100.00 we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance (Hypothermias is not responsible for returns that are not received and signed for by an employee of Hypothermias, Inc.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that even though Hypothermias, Inc will process the return payment immediately after approval of your refund; it could take 1-14 business days for your credit to by applied to your statement depending on your credit card's policy.
Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to shipping. Please call us at 888-368-3017 immediately after receipt of defective or damaged item. Hypothermias will accept damaged notices up to 7 business days after receipt of item. Original packaging must be kept to report damage to an item for shipping insurance inspection.
