Ruby Red Grapefruit Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Travel to Florida and bask in the sunshine with the sour and slightly sweet taste of Hypothermias’ Ruby Red Grapefruit shaved ice flavor concentrate. Bold in both taste and color, tastes just like your favorite grapefruit juice. Combine with Lemon, Lime or Red Raspberry for a snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice that tastes just like a citrus paradise.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight and heat.
