Lime Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

With the tang and sweetness of a fresh squeezed lime, this shaved ice flavor concentrate makes a refreshing snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice to enjoy anytime of year. Combine with Pink Lemon Sour, Mango or Coconut for an icy, fruity treat. 

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
