The guava is a delicious fruit that tastes between a pear and a strawberry. For a great thirst quenching icy treat on those hot summer days, try a shaved ice topped with syrup made from our Guava flavor concentrate. With a beautiful red hue, this snow cone flavor makes a unique and delicious Hawaiian shave ice for your next party, carnival, event or fair!

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
