Green Apple Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Sweet and sour flavors blend together perfectly to create Hypothermias’ Green Apple concentrate. Tart and crisp, this flavor concentrate makes a snow cone that tastes just like candied apples. Try alone or mix with Red Apple, Blue Raspberry or Pink Lemon Sour for a Hawaiian shave ice full of fantastic fruity sour flavor. 

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
