Daiquiri Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Hypothermias' Daiquiri concentrate captures the tropical fruity taste of lounging by the pool in the summertime. Sweet hints of lemon mellow with lime to make the perfect sweet, tangy, icy treat. Mix with Mango, Pineapple or Strawberry for a refreshing take on a snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
