Blue Raspberry Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate

Our number one shaved ice flavor concentrate! An absolute must have for your shave ice stand or snow cone shop. Kids love the blue color! Blue Raspberry is the perfect balance of sweet and mixes well with many flavors. Our favorite rainbow ice recipe: Layer 1/3 Blue Raspberry, 1/3 Pink Cotton Candy and 1/3 Lemon, overlapping the flavors to create all the colors of the rainbow!

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
