Fresh, fruity and delicious, Banana is sure to be a favorite snow cone flavor at your next party, carnival, event or fair. Serve with Coconut, Pina Colada or Chocolate for an enticing and delightful Hawaiian shave ice.

Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
