Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar (we recommend 100% pure cane sugar), fill with distilled or reverse osmosis water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.

How to Make Ready to Use Shave Ice & Snow Cone Syrup from Concentrate

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
